The parameter values are displayed on a real time virtual strip chart, which means you can monitor or change set points halfway through a fermentation run without moving from your chair.
Pull-down menus, dialogue boxes and visual icons make navigation quick and simple and there is even a built-in simulator for training so that you can run a trial with total peace of mind.
Data is continuously stored direct to your hard drive and each run can be saved and used as a template for repeat run profiles. The graphing facility allows you easily to compare one fermentation run with another and the edit facility allows you to customise your graph to display only the information channels you require, give the channels meaningful names, colours and styles etc.
It’s reassuring to know your fermentation software can accommodate your future expansion. As standard, you can simultaneously control up to 12 fermenters. And no matter how many fermenters you’re monitoring, it’s easy to navigate between screens for instant run comparisons.
